- The Outfit: A dedicated micro jigging rod (like a Daiwa Saltiga) paired with a small overhead reel.
- The Result: Even though these rods look like “toys” because they are so thin, they are incredibly strong. You can have a ball catching 20lb “schoolies” on 10kg outfits. Just be careful around the structure—artificial reefs are “hook-grabbing” territory!
